Welcome to Sunset Restaurant and Salon de Thé. By using our website, placing a reservation, or dining at our establishment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Seating

  • Booking Requests: Submitting a reservation request via our website (which redirects to WhatsApp or Email) does not guarantee a table until you receive a direct confirmation from our staff.
  • Large Groups: Parties of 7 or more guests require specific restaurant confirmation and may be subject to a special set menu or deposit, depending on availability.
  • Upper Terrace Policy: Our Upper Terrace (Kasbah View) has strictly limited seating. While we do our best to honor specific seating requests, we cannot guarantee terrace placement due to weather conditions or prior bookings.
  • Grace Period: We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. If you are running late, please contact us immediately.

2. Kitchen and Business Hours

  • Our official business hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
  • Kitchen Closing: Please note that our kitchen officially closes at 9:00 PM. No food orders can be placed after this time. We continue to serve drinks and beverages until 10:00 PM.

3. BYOB Policy (Bring Your Own Beverage)

  • Sunset Restaurant and Salon de Thé does not sell or serve alcohol.
  • We proudly offer a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) policy, allowing guests to bring their own drinks to enjoy on our terraces alongside their meals. We ask all guests to consume responsibly and respectfully.

4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

  • While our menu is highly customizable, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform our staff of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
  • While we take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles ingredients containing gluten, nuts, dairy, and other potential allergens. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

5. Menu and Pricing Accuracy

  • All prices listed on our digital menu are in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We strive to ensure our digital menu accurately reflects our current offerings, but specific items may be occasionally unavailable due to seasonal sourcing or high demand.

6. Automated Translations

  • To assist our international guests, this website utilizes the Google Translate widget. Sunset Restaurant is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations that may occur due to automated machine translation. The English version of this website serves as the official text.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
