Our signature Lamb Tagines are cooked in traditional clay pots over low heat, allowing the meat to become incredibly tender while absorbing the sweet and savory flavors of local prunes, dried apricots, and roasted almonds. For a unique twist, we highly recommend our Kebab Maghdour Tagine, a local favorite served bubbling hot with an egg cracked over the top.
No visit to Ouarzazate is complete without trying our legendary Royal Couscous. We steam the semolina multiple times until it is perfectly fluffy, then crown it with a generous portion of lamb or chicken, spicy merguez sausage, and savory ground beef.
